Updated:

We revamped and updated Supported Operating Systems for easier navigation and better readability.
We added location information for the Automox Tray log files to Location of Files Required By Automox.

Updated:

Updated Roles and Permissions Management to include feature-specific access requirements (such as for Ask Otto, Script Signing, and Secrets Management).
Updated Configuring SAML for Microsoft Entra ID (Azure ID) to add an important step when downloading the SAML certificate in Microsoft to prevent an error.

Bugfixes:

We fixed an issue where devices were showing as disconnected for multiple days, with the agent stuck in a "STOPPING" state.
We fixed an issue where customers were receiving a 401 error when patching third-party applications.

Updated:

Roles and Permissions Management: Added descriptions for roles and permissions. You can now delete a custom user role.
Using the Required Software Policy: Updated installation instructions to reflect the new file size limit. Added example commands to demonstrate how to run installers manually.
Device Details: Added descriptions of the control buttons at the top of the page.
Analytics: We corrected an entry for downloading individual reports. We removed PDF from the list of options.

Bugfixes:

We fixed an issue where the "Install Latest Agent on Systems with Old Agents" (now "Upgrade Automox Agents") worklet was not cleaning up installation files and scheduled tasks.

Added:

We added Tray Customization Worklets, which explains how to use worklets to customize the Automox Tray messaging or disable the tray entirely.

Updated:

We updated the look & feel of the product documentation website.
We updated Agent 2.3.34 Release Notes, which is now GA.
We added a note to the Profile document, regarding Slack channel notifications.
We updated Automox Tray and End-User Notifications FAQ, End-User Notifications, and Managing Policies to reflect that, with agent ≥ 2.3.34, the system can detect restarts even when they are not initiated from the Automox Tray. The updates also describe new customization options available through worklets, including modifying tray notification text or disabling the tray.
We updated Supported Operating Systems to reflect that Rocky Linux 10 is now supported, and Windows 11 ARM is now supported on devices with agent ≥ 2.3.34.
We updated Creating a Required Software Policy and Creating a Worklet to show that we have increased the file upload size from 1 GB to 10 GB.

Bugfixes:

We fixed an issue where the device was set to non-compliant after a worklet was updated.
We fixed an issue where the "Installing Updates" Tray message did not go away after restarting the device.
We added a way to disable Tray installation for headless servers with agent ≥ 2.3.34.
We mitigated an issue where the PrePatch Report API was returning 504 errors and no data.
We fixed an issue where using an apostrophe in a device query, in Device Explorer, was causing an error message to be displayed.
