April 25, 2025

Added:

• New supported third-party titles:

Updated:

• Updated the Analytics documentation to show download types and filters. Added Strategies for Improving Metrics.
• Updated Location of Files Required By Automox to show that the Webview2 runtime is required on Windows for Automox Tray functionality (agent versions 2.1.x and later)
• Updated Supported Operating Systems to note that Windows Core and IoT are not currently supported.

Bugfixes:

• We fixed an issue that prevented devices with duplicate system UUIDs from coexisting.
• We fixed an issue where the Automox Splunk Dashboard was displaying Compliant Endpoints inaccurately.
• We fixed an issue with Windows profile enumeration that was affecting 1Password installs involving AzureAD.
• We fixed an issue where the link to the software to be installed on the Patchable Remediations card was broken.

• Updated Third-Party Software Support to reflect that we no longer support third-party patching for MS Visual Studio Community Edition 2019, as updates are now behind a paywall for this version.
• We updated a majority of the documentation to reflect the change from zones to organizations.
• Corrected the Actions button for removing a device (Delete) in Managing Devices

• Updated the Device Details documentation to include the new Device Logs section. This section shows logs from the last 4 scans within the past 30 days and is accessible from the Activity Log Report. The update also describes how to view the logs and explains the types of data shown.

Bugfixes:

• We fixed an issue for Worklet policies, where the next patch time was not showing on policy creation.
• We fixed an issue for Patch policies where the policy wasn't scheduled until after the device scan completed.

• We updated and corrected a file path in Location of Files Required By Automox

Bugfixes:

• We fixed a bug where users were unable to change MFA from email to mobile.
• We fixed a bug where users were unable to determine device group during missed policy execution.
• We fixed a bug where users were logged out when visiting console.automox.com.
