Updated:

We updated Agent 2.3.34 Release Notes, which has started rolling out for Beta release.
We updated Agent Firewall Allowlisting Rules to add third-party-cdn.automox.com to the Non-Wildcard URL list.
We added a note to Device Details explaining that there may be discrepancies in data between the Device Details page and the devices table, as we are using two separate data sources.
We updated Supported Operating Systems to remove Windows Server 2012 R2 from the list of EoL Operating Systems, and re-added it to the supported Windows Server list.

Bugfixes:

We fixed an issue that was causing Patch All policies on SuSE 15 to fail, due to an invalid application row being returned by GetSoftware.
We fixed an issue causing excessive load time on the Devices page.
We fixed an issue that caused secrets to not load on the Secrets & Keys page until the page was hard-refreshed after switching to it.
We fixed an issue that allowed globally ignored packages to be installed on devices.

Added:

We added Windows Server Core 2025 to Supported Operating Systems.
Developer Portal: We added the new Device Inventory endpoints to the Automox Console API:
- GET /device-inventory
- GET /device-inventory/categories
Note: These APIs are rate limited to 30 requests per minute, per organization.

Updates:

The Device Details page now offers an organized inventory of data collected for individual devices. This redesigned experience introduces a new tabbed layout—Summary, Health, Hardware, Network, Security, Services, System, and Users—making it easier to find and act on device-specific information.
Notable improvements include:
- New tabbed structure: Quickly navigate detailed device information by category.
- Expanded data points: Access a broader set of insights across all tabs.
- Device Snapshot: View key system and network identifiers at a glance.
We updated the Agent 2.3.34 Release Notes in preparation for the Beta release.
Updated Automox Console Dashboard to note that dashboard data can be delayed by up to 15 minutes.

Bugfixes:

We fixed an issue where the Automox Tray pop-up was off-screen or hidden.
We fixed an inconsistency wherein excluded patches were showing up when filtering the Pre-Patch Report by a group.
We fixed an issue where a single restart command was causing the device to restart multiple times.

Updated Agent 2.3.34 Release Notes to reflect that the target release windows have changed and to reflect a bug that was found.
Updated the Agent Firewall Allowlisting Rules to reflect the addition of more static IPs, and revised formatting to allow for expanding / collapsing tables.
Removed outdated notes about the switch from zones → organizations.

Bugfixes:

We fixed an issue where the OS version for AlmaLinux wasn't updating based on the GetOS value.
We fixed an issue where we were displaying the incorrect OS version for macOS 15.4.0.
