Developer Portal: We added Custom Roles events to Audit Trail, updated the permissions required for Audit Trail API, and added documentation on the OCSF Field Mapping, to explain how the OCSF fields are mapped to Automox fields.
Automox Agent 2.4.33 is now in Beta. See Agent 2.4.33 Release Notes for details.

Bugfixes:

We fixed an issue where the Reboot Now action was not immediately causing the device to restart.
We fixed an issue where downloading the Policy Results Report CSV was returning a 500 error.

Developer Portal: We updated the response bodies for policies to add install_do_not_disturb_honored and reboot_do_not_disturb_honored to support DND functionality in Agent 2.4.31.
We updated the badge on release notes for Agent 1.x to reflect that it is now at End of Life and no longer supported. See Agent Versioning and Support for details.

Bugfixes:

Fixed an issue where server groups could not be deleted if deleted devices remained associated with them.
We fixed an issue that caused GetSoftware commands to fail on certain Ubuntu and Debian devices during WDK processing.
We fixed an issue where the Automox Tray could appear off-screen or on the wrong monitor when using multiple displays with different scaling settings.

Bugfixes:

We fixed an issue that was causing remediations to run multiple times, resulting in unnecessary restarts.

Updated:

Agent 2.4 introduces Do Not Disturb (DND) functionality, allowing administrators to configure tray notifications to either bypass or honor local DND settings. The release also removes the prior worklet-specific restriction requiring users to restart from the tray. Restarts outside the tray are now fully recognized for all policy types. When multiple policies are scheduled on a device, the Automox Tray now displays notifications tied to the earliest policy deadline.
This functionality is not currently supported on macOS Tahoe or Windows Servers.

We revised the Billing documentation to align with the current console. Sections have been reorganized and clarified, with updated details about plans, licenses, and modules.
Developer Portal: The Policy History endpoints have moved to Console API, and the endpoints that use https://policyreport.automox.com have been deprecated.
We updated Agent 2.4.31 Release Notes to reflect that DND functionality is not currently supported on macOS Tahoe and Windows Servers.

Bugfixes:

We fixed an issue that caused the installation script to be incorrectly generated after uploading the installer to a Required Software policy.
