Agent 2.4.31 Release Notes

Summary

Automox Agent version 2.4.31 contains the following additions and improvements:

Added

• End-user notifications can now be configured to either Honor or Bypass local Do Not Disturb (DnD) settings. Note that Honor DnD will suppress the tray warning notifications, however the policy will still be enforced at the deadline and the end-user will still be notified five minutes and one minute prior to enforcement.
  
  

Improvements

• The Automox Agent will now detect restarts initiated outside of the tray for worklets thus clearing any associated Tray notifications.
• When multiple policies are scheduled on a device, users now see notifications tied to the deadline of the first policy that will run. This helps them understand the upcoming action and prepare accordingly.

Bugfixes:

• Added the ability to detect recurring DNS errors and reset the HTTP client to mitigate potential agent service issues.
• Resolved an issue where after a reboot is initiated outside of the tray, sometimes the tray would still show a reboot is pending.
• Resolved an issue where the Automox Tray would not display correctly, or be hidden on end-user systems using multiple monitors.
