June 27, 2025

Added:

• New supported third-party titles:
  • CLion 2024.1 (macOS, Windows)
  • Dropbox (macOS, ARM64)
• Added RHEL 10 to Supported Operating Systems.
• Added End of Life (EOL) section to Supported Operating Systems.
• Added EOL date of October 15, 2025 for Automox Agent 1.x, in Agent Versioning and Support.

Updated:

• Updated Agent Firewall Allowlisting Rules to include information about static IPs.
• Removed set-connect-delay from agent commands, as this is no longer supported.
• Corrected command to disable service account in Install and Configure Automox Agent for Apple Silicon Devices.
• Removed reference to agent 1.x requirements, as agent 1.x has now reached End of Support (EOS).

Updated:

• Developer Portal: We removed the non-functioning GET /data-extracts/{id}/download endpoint. The responses for GET /data-extracts and GET /data-extracts/{id} now include the download_url, which can be used to download the CSV file for the data extract.
• Developer Portal: Removed non-functional /worklet-catalog and /worklet-catalog/{id} endpoints, and replaced them with the new /wis/search and /wis/search/{id} endpoints.

Bugfixes:

• We fixed an issue where users were unable to export the complete software list.
• We fixed an issue that was causing high CPU usage on devices running agent 2.1.44.
• We mitigated an issue that was causing high CPU usage on devices using Automox Tray, where webview2 was not installed or not correctly installed.

Updated:

• We updated Agent Versioning and Support to reflect that agent 1.x will reach End of Support on June 15, 2025. See Automox Agent 1.x End of Support - June 15, 2025 for more information.
• In Analytics, you can now change filter options and save your customized board views for future use.

Bugfixes:

• We fixed an issue where the agent upgrade script was attempting to use IPv6.
• We fixed an issue where the agent log was being flooded with decryption messages.
