Third-Party Support
- Name change: Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (2015-2022) is now known as Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable v14 (2015-2026).
We've updated our Platform Firewall Allowlisting Rules to account for service migrations.
Agent Versioning and Support has been updated for better clarity.

Bugfixes:

We fixed an issue where policies were not showing as Pending until they were updated.
We fixed an issue where reboots were not executing on policies when they should have.
We fixed an issue where policies could run early if another policy's notification was actioned.
We fixed an issue where deleted devices would still appear in Device Explorer, but not on the Devices page.
We fixed a formatting error in the warning on Ask Otto.

Updated:

Automox Agent 2.5.64 is now in Beta! See Agent 2.5.67 Release Notes for details.
We updated the disk space requirements for the Automox Agent. See Automox Agent Requirements for details.
We updated the Profile documentation to reflect the updated Automox Slack integration.

Updated:

We updated Third-Party Software Support to reflect the following changes:
- Poly Lens has been renamed to Poly Studio (Lens).
- Autodesk Desktop Connector has been renamed to Autodesk Desktop Connector 16.
Platform Firewall Allowlisting Rules was updated with the following changes:
- We renamed the article to more accurately reflect that the requirements are for the platform as a whole, not just the Automox Agent.
- We added app.launchdarkly.com back to the allowlisting requirements, as platform functionality is impacted if this domain is blocked.
