Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password, you can reset it from the console login page. https://console.automox.com/

1. Enter your email address in the login window. 
2. Click: Forgot Password
3. Enter your email address to receive a reset link.
4. Click Send Reset Link.

Password Requirements

Password requirements are as follows:

• Must be at least 12 characters in length, but no more than 64
• Must contain at least one lowercase and one uppercase letter
• Must contain at least one number
• Must contain at least one special character: ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * _ - + = ` \ | ( ) [ ] : ; " ' < > , . ? /
• Passwords (new or updated) are screened against lists of commonly used or compromised passwords
