Naming Scheme for Third-Party Software Packages

Automox uses an internal naming scheme for supported third-party software packages. The package names are cached and used when configuring Required Software Policies.

When creating a Required Software Policy, the display name and the internally cached name for third-party software packages differ. To ensure that the policy runs correctly, use the cached name in the Package Name field.
